Higher Quality Garden
Is there any way to improve my garden's quality even after fertilizing the plants so they evolve? Does grafting two plants increase or decrease quality of the plant?

After fertilizing a plant and it begins to sparkle you can click on it to have it evolve.
I am sorry I was aware of a plant evolving. I just thought there were other steps I may have missed or didn't know to improve a garden. Thank you for offering help.
