Hijabs and clothing preferences

Another thing loosely related to this.. I created a single female sim who wears a hijab and left her to be a townie (as in, I'm not playing her and she's in the "other households" category). Now since she's not regarded as a played sim, the game used her as a mixologist at a bar venue and obviously she showed up to work without her hijab. I wish our NPCs and actually just all sims could keep their normal everyday accessories (I see sims who wear glasses without their glasses in their career outfits) when they're hired to community lot role or when they change into their career outfits. It really bothers me that the woman who normally wears a hijab shows up somewhere without it.
