If I accessed another lot with no Sims, the build mode is already activated. So yes, I can access build mode. I'm unsure about the lot that isn't loading because I can't get in. I have not evicted the family from the lot. If I evict the family, won't they lose all their belongings, including pictures of them hanging on the wall?
I have my game open now and the lot did load in build mode.
I would also like to mention that when I tried to access the lot with CC in game, not only did it stay on the loading screen, my game also crashed.
Also after testing the lot to see if it would load in build mode with no cc, I put my mods folder back in game. The lot loaded in build mode with the mods but took a lil minute. I then went back to the neighborhood view to evict the family and then tried to access the lot and after being on the load screen for so long, my game crashed. So I'm wondering if it is possibly something on that lot that is causing the infinite load screen and causing my game to crash when I try to load that lot...hmmm
