How can I age a sim down on Xbox One?

Before I start any of this, I AM ON XBOX ONE, meaning cas.fulleditmode doesn't work. And for what ever reason, editing the household when I manage worlds doesn't work anymore. I can add and delete sims and the regular stuff you can do when changing a sim but I can't age a sim up or down and I can't change the traits. I don't know if this was something that was changed in the infant update or another update, or if it's a bug.

    @FairClarity     Hi!  You would need to enter the "testingcheats on" or "testingcheats true" in order to use the "cas.fulleditmode" cheat.  On PS4, I was able to enable cheats and enter the fulledit cheat, then enter CAS using the "Likes and Dislikes" section of the simology panel.  I was then able to age down my sim from YA to Teen in CAS.

    As far as I know, there is no way to age a sim down without using a cheat and, for console, enabling cheats means disabling trophies and achievements.

    Testingcheats was already on because I'm a cheater when it comes to money in Sims lmao. Anyway, this is the first time it's worked for me, it used to not work in any way. I did testingcheats true then cas.fulleditmode and went into change sim. It used to not work, or at least I thought it didn't, probably because you can't do shift+right click on a controller

    @FairClarity   No judgements here.  I use a lot of cheats.  lol  So, just to clarify, were you able to get the cas.fulleditmode cheat to work to age down your sim?

    @FairClarity 

    Just to clarify. You do not need testingcheats on to cheat money. kaching gives 5000 and motherlode gives 50000. plus freerealestate on makes all lots cost 0 to purchase. Neither of these will disable achievements as it is the use of testingcheats that turn them off.

    @jpkarlsen   I learned recently that those cheats also need testingcheats on to work on console.  So far, the only code I've found that works without enabling cheats is bb.moveobjects.

    Same! It doesn’t work for me and I cheat so I’m not sure what’s wrong and why this is the only cheat code that doesn’t work for me.

    @JonaO703 I haven’t been able to use the cheat, no matter how many times I put it in while restarting the game it doesn’t work for me

    Try entering CAS by using the button under Likes and Dislikes, as suggested above, or the button under Relationship Preferences. These allow you to make changes that would normally be locked, so they might also unlock the age settings for you. If not, all you've lost is a few minutes for testing. You might also try Change Sim on a mirror or dresser, instead of Plan Outfit.

    @Twisted_Beauty00   Hello!  I just saw you tagged me here.  I agree with @Sketch793 .  The likes / dislikes menu worked for me after entering the cheat.  You can also get the cheat menu (commonly referred to as the shift-click menu for PC / Mac).  I learned about this somewhat recently myself.

    For PS4 you hold circle and press X on a sim.

    I don't have an Xbox but I think it should be hold B and press A?  Perhaps an Xbox user can confirm.

    Once the cheat menu opens, select the option to Modify in CAS.
