I'm assuming those two roof pieces aren't the same width? To fix it, you'll probably want to hold Shift while manipulating the peak eaves to remove the eaves on just that side (where the two pieces meet). If that's not enough, you can hold Alt while adjusting the height of roof pieces to get a bit more precision. (If you want to see what it all looks like, you can look up Sahmandbean on Youtube. Her old roofing tutorial videos are really nice.)

Thank you! I didn't know about the shift and alt keys. They helped a lot and i managed to achieve the real life roof:
My next task is to match roof with the colour of the walls where the three windows are on the bottom left. When i try changing the roof texture, this happens:
I just want to texture the section where those smaller windows are.

Do you mean you want the siding under the roof to be a different color only above those three windows? Sadly, The Sims 4 doesn't allow painting only part of a roof section. The only way I can think of to achieve that would be if the second floor extended all the way to that square, but even with the lowest wall height, it would probably require pitching the roof a lot steeper.
