How can I recover EA Folder

@lorealvarez  When you say you erased the EA folder, do you mean you deleted the Electronic Arts folder in Documents?  This shouldn't prevent you from playing Sims 4; it would only delete your saves and other content.  The game should generate a new Electronic Arts folder, with a Sims 4 folder inside, the next time you launch it.

If you've deleted a different folder, please let me know which one, and where it was located.

Can you now open the game at all?  If not, please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS, and what happens when you press Play in Origin.

Yes I deleted that folder, Origin runs normally but Sims wont work. The game starts loading but an error comes up sayng there is no folder to save the game and it dosent matter how many times I instal and delete de app those files wont reaper.  

@lorealvarez  As a test, please try playing while your computer is not connected to the internet.  You can sign into Origin and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before launching the game.

If that doesn't help, please create a new admin user account on your computer and try playing in that.  You don't need to get rid of your existing account; this is just to see whether it works.

I did what you suggested, but sims crashed when I went offline ☹️ If I create a new account, how can I retrieve all my sims 4 games?

@lorealvarez  You're making a new user account on your computer, not a new Origin account.  The game will still be installed, and Origin will too; all you'll need to do is login to your Origin account and try to play Sims 4.

If you're worried about retrieving your saves, you can do that later, and it's not difficult.  But leave that for later.
