How do i accept a gig from a previous client in the dream decorator pack sims 4?

I have a sim who is a home decorator, and received a message from an angry previous client, which popped up with a notification saying I had a second chance to satisfy my client, but I cannot figure out how to accept it as my gig. How do I accept it as my gig?
