Log in to the account you have the game on and click it in your game library.
Once the code is used it is tied to the account and can not be reused.
Same thing happened to me but I had to create another account because they deleted my email/account that I activated it with. So how can I fix this? I have the disk and code it just won’t except it because I already used the code when I first got it. I created a new account using the same email. Please someone help me I have been trying for years to fix this.

Creating a new account will not help you must login to the account that you redeemed the code on. If you need help trying to figure out the details of that account you can contact support. They may be able to help you. First try to login with any email you have ever had.
