How do I disable an expansion now (Steam)?

It seems the origin launcher is no longer available, and the EA app does not provide the ability to manage addons purchased through Steam.  There is also no option for command line arguments/advanced launch options. I really hate the werewolf expansion and how it makes all characters (werewolf or not) hairy and scarred, and don't want to play this game at all if it is forced to be enabled.
