How do I find my urn?

Hi, I need some help. After being widowed and left alone with two young kids (toddler and infant) and two pets, one of my favorite Sims called Mika died. I was playing in another household when she died, and the neighborhood stories told me she died while milking a cowplant. I have NO active cowplant in this save file. I have tried EVERYTHING to find her urn, it is nowhere to be found. Now I finally have added her to my household as a ghost. I don't want to bring her back alive, but I want my Sims to mourn her at her urn. How do I do this? Is it even possible?
