How do I make 3 sims into a poly relationship so they show us as married

I made 3 sims expecting that I could have them in a polygamist relationship but that wasn’t the case and I’d like to know if there’s a way to do so in the base game without any DLC’s or paying for anything? Like are there some commands I can use or something

    @Roofkor3an92 If you can use mods, then there are some that allow for Polygamy. 
     
    One example would be MCCC and MC Woohoo where you can use the settings Woohoo_AllowPolygamy, Marriage_AllowMultipleSpouses, and Marriage_MultipleSpouseCount to define how it is implemented in your game.
