- @nutterbug66 Your save files are stored locally on the pc, so you must have access to the old one to retrieve your saves. They're in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>saves.

- Moozilla132 years agoSeasoned Ace@nutterbug66 I'm assuming you mean getting your game saves from when you were playing on your old PC, so if this isn't what you're asking about, my apologies.
Games are saved locally on each device you play on, so in order to recover those saves, you'll need to copy the save files from your original PC and move those into the Sims 4 folder on your new PC. If you don't have access to your original PC, the only way to recover your saves is if you backed them up somewhere else, like on an external drive (etc). If you can't get them off your old PC and you don't have backups anywhere else, I'm afraid your previous game may be gone :/
