How do i sort out my 2 Fiance Sims relationship?

Good Afternoon 

I wonder how do i sort my 2 Sims relationship out? They are Fiance but both the Male & Female have flirted with another Female Sim Bella Goth. I've tried both 2 Sims to apologise i just get a Red Negative above their heads. He storms off to kick the bin over. I put him in the bath to get rid of the Negative. Both the Male & Female still won't accept each other's apologies. I might just go on Watch Dogs Legion as there's no point in going back on Sims 4 if i can't get them back to a Positive.

    @SmoggieBase1979Sims sometimes need a cool-off period to get rid of negative buffs (or sentiments) before they can have a successful apology. In the meantime, once you get them in a decent mood, you can spam other friendly and romance interactions between them to get them back to where you want them. And if all else fails, there's a cheat for relationships, if you're willing to use those. If you want to max out their romance bar with cheats, enable testing cheats in the cheat console, then type: ModifyRelationship [first name last name of sim1] [first name last name of sim2] 100 LTR_Romance_Main

    @SmoggieBase1979 

    Make sure that both have asked Bella to just be friends.

    Work on their charisma skills so they can use Smooth apology. Apologize in bed.

    Increase their friendship so it is high.

    You don't necessarily need to apologize you can do other romantic interactions instead.
