How do I
I downloaded tons of mods and cc and it’s not showing up in game. (Like in the settings or game) I’ve ran the multiple times and played for several hours. I also made sure all files where extracted. ...
@drscolorful Make sure your .package or .ts4script files are in your Mods folder. For most people, it should be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
Also, go to your game options and make sure script mods and custom content are enabled, then restart your game.
If you are new to using mods in Sims 4, please check out this link for some very useful information on maintaining mods and CC. They can be a lot of fun to use but if they're not maintained properly they can cause you lots of problems later.

I hope this helps!
I tried doing that just know but now it only show that I have my thumbcache and clientDB but that’s all
@drscolorfulCan you clarify a few things for us? You only have these two files in your Sims 4 folder? There should be several other subfolders in there such as Mods, saves, Tray, and a few others. Are you seeing those?
Can you take a screen shot or use the Snipping Tool & attach this to a post to show us what your Sims 4 folder looks like?
You can follow this link to get a good idea of what your Sims 4 folder should look like:

This is what my Sims 4 folder and mods folder looks like. I also included the part in the settings I was talking about.
