@Advercius Next time you see him, Shift Right Click and add him to your family. Once he's added, shift-click on him and edit in CAS. From there you can delete him. If you have MCCC, you can teleport world sim to your lot sim. It's under the Command section I believe, and you scroll through, find him, and he appears pretty much on your current sim...just walk away and then you can do as suggested above (add to family, then delete).
