Whenever my game comes to a loading screen it wont actually load.

at first I created a new sim and it went to the loading screen so I could select their lot. However, it just continued loading and wouldn't leave the loading screen. I thought this was a fluke so I force quit the game and went back to playing. Thankfully my sim was saved and I got to select her lot. But, when I went to leave her the loading screen once again would not load. I even made sure y computer was up to date and the game. This issue has happened about 10 times and I am a little frustrated. I just wanted to play sims 😭.

    Hi horseybug131​ 

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

    I am not using any mods. I am playing on a macbook pro with enough storage a couple DLCs and that is up to date. The game it's self is up to date too. I have played other games on steam and went back to trying to play sims and the issue continued.

    I can't do anything. I once waited 10 minutes before force quitting the game. This issue has now continued to persist past the latest update.

    Do you have the same issue on a new save too or just a particular one ?
