How to access different neighbourhoods

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Updated sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Only university
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ?
What happens when the bug occurs? ?
What do you expect to see? ?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hey so I’ve not been playing sims 4 for long but I’ve just recently got back in to playing, I’m just wanting to know or wondering why I can’t access the other neighbourhoods in the different world for example how do I get access to Sage Estates , Founry Cove or Courtyard Lane. I haven’t found anything online how to access any of these just information about them I can get on to manage worlds and play in those but I can’t access any of the neighbourhoods within them

    @oliviaav Since you only have University as a pack, you only have access to the following worlds: Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Newcrest and Brichester.

    Do you see those ? If not, you might need to do a game repair.

    I've never heard of worlds like Sage Estate, Foundry Cove or Country lane. Did you translate that from another language ?

    Those are neighborhoods in Willow Creek. You don't load the neighborhoods, you load the lots. Click on a house (those neighborhoods only have houses, if you try another neighborhood, it might be a bar, park, gym, etc.) and load the family in the house/visit the house/create a household for the lot, whatever you choose to do.
