How to Allow Friends and Family to Use Life's Necessities When Visiting?

Hi there so a simple question here. I have a large family household that I have split into two. I've moved out the teenagers into a separate house and now they're coming to hang out with the parents...

    And "Always Welcome" reward trait is how one does that. It's inexpensive for a reason.

@SindocatI never said that it was a bug. I said that it is not done right. Yes we don't want strangers to come in and use your bed and showers. Guests are guests no one is arguing that.

But there should be an option to stay over long term etc. You have to be able to see both perspectives. My Sims visit their parents house alot, their siblings come visit each other. And in this case - it's annoying.
