How to continue playing after the patch?
My (vanilla) game is in a terrible condition since the patch. No vets to cure my dog, no vendors or clients in any GTW retail store (and this one week before the release of an additional retail pack)...

Awww that sounds seriously bad 😟 I hope it will be fixed soon! I continued playing my main save after the patch, but it felt a bit laggy today. Yet that was the only problem I had.
Maybe you could finish the Emit quest in another save just to be safe?
