How to create CC mod to change the voices?

Hi, I realize this is a big question because I have not found any mods to change the voices for Sims 4. But I very much want to look into this, as the choices are so incredibly limited. I usually create female Sims and of the 3 voice choices we have, only one is tolerable (the other 2 get on my nerves for some reason). So I wonder if there are scripts for voices where we can edit the existing voices to tweak them into sounding like whole different voices?

I realize they are done by voice actors and the voices all have a certain personality and mannerisms. So unless we redid the voice acting and created a new personality, I suppose those parts wouldn't change. But has EA ever thought about creating a Simmlish catalog of words as parts, so modders can assemble their own voices? It's probably a bucket of worms, but if there's any way to edit the voices, I wholeheartedly want to give it a shot. I have music production software and there's a lot of tweaking I could do with an audio file. Any help is appreciate thanks!
