How to find horse ranch

bev6usa​ That is not what Gagea25​ asked you.  When you next start the game, at the Main Menu, go to the Marketplace and click on My Collections at the top.  You'll get a list of Sims 4 packs.  Click on Horse Ranch and then it will say Owned.  I assume it will say Not Owned or Unowned if you don't own it.   Do that and if that doesn't solve your issue, Gagea25​, I or another helper can help you further if needed.

bev6usa​  Thanks.   I'm not sure what the Marketplace shows if it is owned and not installed as I haven't had the situation.  Now, you previously said that the EA App said it was installed.  But to make sure, go to the page where you go to start the game.  Right next to the play button is a Manage button.  Clicking that will open a panel listing all your owned packs.  Scroll down and find Horse Ranch. Next to it will be status installed if it is installed.  If it is not showing as installed, then close the panel.  

Then you can scroll down that page or click on the add ons button near the top of the page to the Expansion packs section.  Scroll sideways to find Horse Ranch.  Below the entry it should show "In Library".  Click on the Horse Ranch pic and that will open another page that will open up another window with a play button and will tell you if you own the pack.  If the pack is not installed, then there should be an install button.  Otherwise, the pack is already installed.

One thing that hasn't been asked and answered.  Is the world of Chestnut Ridge greyed out on the World screen in your game?  When you use the Horse Ranch pack search filter in CAS or build/buy, are any items there?

 I have it installed I can't find the world it's in. The world doesn't show up in my game

So when you go to Marketplace->My Collection, the pack does show up there? And it doesn't say "Deactivated"?

And then in your save in Manage Worlds, Chestnut Ridge is still greyed out?

bev6usa​ How did you buy Horse Ranch?  Did you buy it and get a code from a third-party retailer, that is not EA or Steam? If you did, one thing that has happened to another player was that the code they got was for the bonus items, not the full pack.  That could have happened to you here.  If so, you'll need to contact the retailer to resolve the issue and get the full pack.

Are you running a hybrid setup where some packs were installed through the EA App and others were installed through Steam?  

Another thing could be going on is the HR pack got glitched in download.  You can try a repair.  Then if that doesn't work, you can run a full uninstall/reinstall.

bev6usa​ Ok.  Do you see the world icon for Chestnut Ridge on your World map?  It's the one that PipMenace​ has circled in red on the 2nd pic they posted.  Or is the world greyed out, like the 2 in the lower right of their 2nd pic?  If you see the world icon for Chestnut Ridge as normal, what happens when you click on it?

And you still haven't answered my questions regarding seeing the Horse Ranch items in CAS and the build/buy catalog.  Are the items there or not?
