How To Get Older Version (v1.9) of More Columns Mod? (Legacy Edition)

I would like to use the More Columns mod by weerbesu, however I cannot find a version that works with my game. I use Legacy Edition, and I believe that means I'd need v1.9 of the More Columns mod, but I cannot find it anywhere. I can't find a way to contact weerbesu or even comment on the outdated version of it on Mod The Sims, because even that only has versions v1.1 up to v1.7 and not v1.8 or v1.9. 

I even tried using the Wayback Machine to find it, lol. I found the page from when it came out, but the download of course didn't exist. It would be helpful if someone with this version perhaps shared the file with me somehow if weerbesu does not share it again. Thank you!
