How to get stuff from TSR (the sims resource) ?
I would really like to know how I can get stuff from TSR (thesimsresource.com)

As the previous posters have mentioned, you will need to download the mods/scripts from their website. Once you have done so, you need to place the mods into the Mod folder for Sims 4.
You will receive the files either as .package, or .ts4script files. Either type of file should be recognizable by the game when loaded into the Mods folder.
The Mods Folder is usually located at:
C:\Users\(UserName)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
I would take the opportunity to make a few subfolders in the Mods folder as well, to help you organize between outfits and scripts.
