How to get the designer thing on the sims 4 game like the name brand shoes and stuff ?

There are many people who create great shoes, clothes, hair, well everything. You have to be careful about making sure the modded footwear is well made and does not cause any problems in your game. I suggest adding them a few at a time so if you have trouble with one it is easy to find and remove. Search the web for "sims 4 shoes" and you will find plenty. These files go into the mods folder found here: Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 4/Mods. They are a file type called .package. Sometimes they download in file type .rar which is type of compression and can be opened with many freeware applications.
im still sooo confused
1) google “Sims 4 shoes” and pick shoes you like.
2) Download them.
3) check the file in downloads and see if it ends with .package or .rar
4) assume .package: drop file(s) into mods folder located at Documents/Electronics Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
5) launch game at loading screen click three dots
go to other tab and select allow custom content.
