how to save a sim in sims 4
I been unable to save my sim to my library. I am only ablet to save to my public account.

- @smakarevich What happens if you try to save the Sim to the library ? What platform are you on ?

I am on Mac. EA app. When I save it to my library it just dosen't appear even when it says that it saved there. When I look for the sim by the name it still dosen't appear and redirects me to the public library Does the sim have any CC on? If they do, then when you look at your Gallery, make sure the CC switch there is checked so those items with CC will show.

- @smakarevich Is your library generally empty or just missing everything you upload ?
If you check the Tray folder in documents, do you see any new files there ? Everything what i upload just dosen't appear at all
- @smakarevich Did you check the following folder: documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
Are there any files there ?
