how to save a sim in sims 4
I been unable to save my sim to my library. I am only ablet to save to my public account.

Does the sim have any CC on? If they do, then when you look at your Gallery, make sure the CC switch there is checked so those items with CC will show.

@CGrant56 sadly it is checked and still dosen't work
- @smakarevich Is your library generally empty or just missing everything you upload ?
If you check the Tray folder in documents, do you see any new files there ?Everything what i upload just dosen't appear at all
- @smakarevich Did you check the following folder: documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
Are there any files there ?
