@ripskiii04 That laptop wouldn't run Sims 4 well at all. Its hardware is six years old, and its integrated graphics chip likely couldn't handle more than low settings.
These laptops are all about $450 and would run the game on medium graphics settings, or maybe medium-high if you didn't have all the expansion packs. They have roughly equivalent processors with equal graphics chips, 8 GB memory, and a 256 GB solid state drive, which is enough space for Sims 4 and all its data. The biggest difference is the screen size.

There's not much that would be better than those until you get close to $600, at least not if you want a new or open-box laptop. If you'd like to see other options, let me know.

@elulu8 The first laptop you listed is from Amazon's Canadian store, and the original poster mentioned U.S. dollars. The second is significantly over the preferred $500 budget and also has weaker hardware than the ones I listed.
