I can’t ask to be partner/gf/bf

When you click on your partner sim and go to relationships. It sometimes is in there, don't know if this helps. 

I did and it’s not an option there 😫 I even removed lovestruck from my game and some other mods 

Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

this happened to me, i no joke had to go about this a couple different ways, the first way i did it was i moved them in my house and then was able to do cheats to make them in a relationship, another way i did it was i made the exact same sims again in CAS in a new family and made them in a relationship right off the bat. the other option i did was all related to modding.

are you sims both YA or teenagers? not like one older or younger ? sometimes that does it if you dont use mods. and then sometimes i would have to go through the actions tab when you click on the other sim.

the last way i fixed it was i did a cheat that made them totally forget each other

then i reintroduced them, made them like each other again and went that way.
