i cant acces the cheat codes
hi im new to sims 4 and im trying to do a cheat code but it says is "unable to execute command" i need help please

i cant as well. i tried key in when i click ctrl+shift+C to enable testingcheats first but it still shows unable to execute command.
@1991Dodge Are you still having any problems with cheat codes?
@kystinaeli Do you get a command console, aka a "cheat window", when you press CTRL + SHIFT + C? Some keyboards are known to require different key combinations.
- What happens when you type testingcheats on in the command console and hit enter?
- What other cheats are you trying to use that give you the error?
