I can't age, feed or change diapers of newborns

Hello, i was jusr casually playing The Sims 4 today and one of my sims gave birth. Everythings normal right? Well not really.

I noticed that when i click on the baby who needs something (its crying) and for example they get smelly i cant change their diaper. Only when my sims notice that something wrong they can change the diaper or feed them, but i cant make my sims do it by clicking on the newborn which wasnt an issue before this bug occured, there no panel to click "feed the newborn" or "change the diaper". And todays the newborn birthday but when i click on it theres no panel "age the newborn" (sorry i dont play the game in eng because thats not my native language so i dont really know if the phrases i use are the exact same as in the game). I will just have to wait until the day passes and my newborn gets older. 

I really hope we can get that fixed soon, its not that big of an issue but it really affect the family game play.  Thanks for everything in advace
