I can't go into the house

Hi I have a big problem. It's not a new house, it worked normally before. I went to manage households and transferred another family to the house, as I did many times. To my surprise, they can't get ...

    Finally, I had to go to the vet and when I came back the house was normal again. I don't understand but now it works.

@Anammaga Have you tried moving them out and back in again? Is this a standard residential lot?

    @PipMenaceI moved others and the same thing happened, something strange, I lowered the walls and they didn't come down when I saw the inside of the house. They are still outside. Only the dog came in and out. Yes, always was a residential lot, mostly the same family, so I have a lot of pictures of the family inside.
