I can't greet patients in the vet career in sims 4 Cats and Dogs
I tried opening a vet clinic but it doesn't let me greet patients. I waited until the sim was signed in and tried to greet her to take care of her cat but it only let me greet her as a normal sim. So the interaction for "funny or mean introductions etc" comes up but not the option to greet as a patient. I tried greeting the cat but it was the same, mean etc introductions but no option to greet as a patient. And when I clicked the vet table it said there were no sick pets in the hospital but there were 2 visibly sick animals I just couldn't greet them. I am disappointed that this feature isn't working for me. Does anyone have any tips for me?

Sorry for the wait! Are you still having this issue?
If so, are the sick pet owners checking in the vet podium? Make sure they can reach the podium without issues. You won't be able to interact with them as patients unless they have checked in.
