I can't greet patients in the vet career in sims 4 Cats and Dogs

I tried opening a vet clinic but it doesn't let me greet patients. I waited until the sim was signed in and tried to greet her to take care of her cat but it only let me greet her as a normal sim. So...

Hi @k3rm1t123,

Sorry for the wait! Are you still having this issue?

If so, are the sick pet owners checking in the vet podium? Make sure they can reach the podium without issues. You won't be able to interact with them as patients unless they have checked in.

Yeah, this still appears to be some kind of issue even now. I played 2 days ago and was able to great and treat loads of patients. But today I can't greet any as none of the sims walk in the building (pets can though). I checked nothing accidentally moved, or if I locked the door, added a new door but nothing...
