I can't hold a Black and White Bash at a certain lot!

I'm currently playing a legacy challenge with Ui cheats and MC Commands. I wanted to plan a black and white bash for my sims, so i downloaded a lot of the gallery and placed it in willow creek. However, when i go to plan the event, in the event locations, only 4 worlds come up and willow creek (the world that i placed the lot i wanted to hold the party at) doesn't list the lot as an option. can someone please help! Basically the lot isn't showing up as an option to hold the event at!
