I don't think it is possible to play the Sims 4 without Origin or the EA app even offline. Have you got a cracked version of the game?

Buy a legitimate copy of the game and then come back if/when you need help.(better still, download Origin or EA App, depending on which platform you are on, and download the base game for free).
