I don't want moola

Idk where to put this so I'll put it here and hope someone will help me. I woke up this morning with and emailed receipt thanking me for buying something on PS4 even though I wasn't awake to do so, so I open the receipt and see that it's for moola. I didn't buy moola, I didn't want moola, I still don't understand what moola is, and I didn't know that moola existed til I got the charge. I haven't played for a few days so I'm confused why I was charged and given something I don't want and without consent. I don't have a job rn and I don't want to be charged with something I do not want or need. I want a refund. I have tried to navigate this site and I have nothing to show for it other than frustration. Where do I go for this issue?

    the only way it would have been purchased is through your game, have you opened the game to see if its there? You will likely have to go through playstation for a refund.
