I'm having trouble getting the app to open and work when I click on the game it acts like it's about to load then just snaps out again and I really don't know what to do I took all the mods out I clear the thumbcache, I just feel defeated with this game atp.

could you explain what you mean by snaps out again ? Are you booted back to the map ? Does the game crash ?
When does it do this ? When you load a save or the main menu ?
Did you move out your entire mods folder/try a fresh user folder ?
Hi, I had the same issue, and restarting my computer helped.
When I first opened the game it was fine and everything was loading it was when I got out the game and went back press play it wouldn't let me back in it just crashes when I press play I tried moving all my mods out and use a new folder but it still doesn't work, it only started crashing after the first it fully loaded.

did you try a new save when you tested the new folder ?
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
I was able to do the DxDiag thing but EA only allows me to attach links and not files
