I have too many perfect tenants who present no challenges or issues

For me, I have almost perfect tenants with no problems, and emergency maintenance events appear really rare. I have so many tenants, one in a luxury house, another in a more modest one. But neither of them poses any challenges. Being a landlord is so boring. I think problem is that u can't choose maintance troubles in unit challenge. Already don't see any mold.  Maybe have some thoughts?
