I keep being said that my sims cheated when he did not do anything

I am pissed.  I have a wholesome relationship, they are married with 5 kids and always cuddle at night. The husband is a perfect father but I keep getting this notification WHEN HE ISN'T DOING ANYTH...

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same issue. New save file as well. Every time I place a family it’s happening… help
