i wouldnt call it an issue more of an annoyance?

does any1 know how to get rid of this annoying glowing light that is on my sims head?

    @bornwithhornz I'm so sorry!  I learned this comes from drinking an immortality potion.  I did a bit of research and found an article which suggested the potion caused this phenomenon, then I tested in my game.  I had never had a sim drink the immortality potion before.  Did your sim drink one?

    Edit: It looks like the glowy stuff goes away after about an hour but may reappear when your sim travels.

    @bornwithhornz Hello!  I don't recall ever seeing that in my game.  I'm thinking it may be related to a mod.  Do you have any mods installed in your game?

    yes i do have mods and i think you are correct, i would think its mods that does this which 1 im not so sure of. thanks

    Yes, it’s an effect from the Immortality Potion.

    You write that you use mods so maybe you want to use Scarlets Immortality Potion Tweak, she has an addition addon to remove this visual effect (No VFX) and give the potion true immortality (Sims don’t age anymore)

    LittleMsSam now host and update her mods google LittleMsSam and go to there (left from her tumblr site-> my s4 mods-> Scarlets Mods -> Immortality Potion Tweaks) The mod is update resistance and don’t need really an update most the time.

    I know more mods which get rid from this effect, but I think Scarlet done it best. I mean your sim drink a immortality potion why should they still age?
