if i uninstall the sims 4 will i lose what i have in my gallery?
I want to get rid of two of my expansion packs on another account, but I know that I can´t do that without uninstalling the whole game. The problem is, I don´t know if, by doing that, I´ll lose what I have in my gallery on the other account. I don´t know if I should just give up on this and buy the expansion packs on this new account or if I should uninstall the game on my other account (and lose everything I have in my gallery) and redeem the code on this account.
@pena2677 Hi! I'm not sure if I understand what you want to do. It sounds like you have two accounts (both are PC or Mac, yes?) and you have some packs on one account that you want to use on the other account. Is that correct? If so, have you thought about merging your accounts so that all of your purchased packs are available on one account? You can do that by contacting EA and asking to merge the accounts.
https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/I'm not sure but I think that even if the accounts are merged, all your Gallery shares should remain intact but you should ask the EA representative to be sure.
If you want to maintain separate accounts. then you may have to purchase the packs again and so long as you don't delete any accounts, the items that you've shared to the Gallery should remain.
