The pack doesn't come out until tomorrow so even if you preordered it, you won't be able to access the world or any of the gameplay until tomorrow. 

Yea I had a slow moment and realized today is the 24th not the 25th lol 

It's now the 25th and I pre order the lovestruck pack yesterday I downloaded it today but it's not showing up it says it's installed and to restart my game to play but I did that twice and nothing 😭 

Mine is still saying pre order like it’s not July 25

It’s honestly ridiculous and they’re not putting a statement or anything out

From what I’ve seen it comes out at 6pm in the UK and 12 in the afternoon in the US. I was having problems at first but it’s loaded up and now I can play it :) 

I reordered love struck pack came today when it was released I apparently don't have it when I have very well paid for it what the **bleep** is going on
