Sim can’t fish from beach front property in Sulani, wanted to host a fishing club

Could you please provide the following information
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- What exactly happens when you try ?
- Which lot exactly do you have issues with ? All beach properties ?
- is this a new save or one you started before the bug was fixed ?
