[IL] Swim faster at level 6 Fitness not happening

Not sure if this  is something that came with Island Living or is exclusive to Island Living, but very rarely do my Sims swim "faster"  after reaching level 6 in Fitness. Not game shattering, but not...

Yes, it's IL. For me I do think there's a difference between level 5 and 6. Had to go out of the water and back in though
