I'm fast and it's my first time playing.

@Manachinov, the goals are there for people who like to complete such things, but a great many players never try to complete even one goal (and if they complete one it is accidentally) 🤨 . The Sims 4 (along with older versions of the Sims) is a game that you can play any way you want to.  If you want to complete goals, then fantastic! 🙂  But please don't feel obligated to do so! 😉

Also, there are some things you can do to extend your Sims lives.  For one, you can play on the Long Life Setting!  
To change to this setting click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your screen (where you would normally click to save your game) .  It is labeled Menu.
The Menu box will pop up and from there click on the button that is 3rd down from the top called Game Options. 
On the Game Options page click the 4th button down from the top called Gameplay
On the Gameplay page click on the button next to Sim Lifespan (it will have either Normal, Short, or Long selected -- you want to select Long).

Then in the lower right corner of that box click the button that says Apply Changes.

Your Sims' lifespan will now be longer! 🙌 This applies to all Sims! 

You can also use the points you get from completing Whims to use in the Aspiration Rewards Store.  In the Aspirations panel of each Sim will be a little icon that looks like a present with a bow called Rewards Store.  Click on that.  Then scroll down to what looks like a bottle with purple liquid in it called Potion of Youth.  If you have 1,500 Aspiration Reward Points, you can then purchase it.   It will turn back your age to the first day of your current age group.  So, if you drink it when you are a teen, you will still be a teen … just a younger one.  It is best to use this Reward when you are almost at a  birthday so you get the maximum effect !  If a parent does this over and over again, but you never have their children do it, then eventually the children will be "older" than their parents! 😮😃

As you get more used to how The Sims 4 works, you might find you don't need to rely on the Potion of Youth or the Long Lifespan to get more things done in your game! 😉
