Corrupted lot?

So it appears that within my save file, there are a few corrupted lots. One in particular doesn't even let me open it in any way and will get stuck on the loading screen no matter what I do. The lot that is the worst for this is 'Brook Bungalow' in Willow Creek. The save file I use is the custom save file created by PlumbobKingdom and I know that the house that is built on said lot does not contain any custom content, however I think that the creator did use the TOOL mod which I personally do not have installed. I am really unsure how to fix this issue, as I have run out of possible ways that I know of to work around it. If anyone happens to know a way to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

    Memory boost maybe helpful for the corrupted lot but honestly I gave up using his save file.  One lot from growing together was bugged in that save file and then it became another lot from get together. I ended up doing a fresh save file of my own with lots I tested that worked. Took a while. Anything additional I will use tool mod or the mod by momo-cc for off lot things. While there are lots of his I like, I completely avoid putting his builds into my new save file. All my worlds are filled (knock on wood) so next step is adding sims back.

    I want to add to your flagged issue. I have the same issue with my own saved build. I built a residential rental bowling alley (in the world with the shops, can't remember it's name) in the wrong save and moved it my active game in another save and my sim couldn't enter the lot. I demolished the build and rebuilt and my character still cannot enter the lot and I can't navigate it in live mode. It completely broken.
