In need of assistance of name of NPC/Neighbor

In need of assistance! I know this may sound nuts, but it's been like 4+ years I have played the sims 4, and I remember I had a favorite NPC either neighbor or she was in the manage households section, but I re-created her based on my memory of how she looks and I absolutely forgotten her name. What I do know of her is her career was an artist. I checked the sims 4 wikia an it just seems like I can't find her still after going through A-Z of her possible last name, but most of all looking at the images, but I absolutely cannot find her. I can't recall if she was from Oasis spings or willow creek. She had a habit of always visiting. If someone can please take the time to help me out, I would appreciate. She reminds me of my best friend since middle school and I can't believe I forgotten the name.... ☹️ please if someone can tell me or share this with someone who may know, help a fan out. <3 Thank you all.

    Hi there @HelloKittyPowa 

    With her being an NPC or Townie she would be in Manage Households>Other Households. So you can look there. Any Sims created by the game are in Other Households. I've cleared quite a lot of them out as it can get quite full of pre made Sims so I don't recognise her, another player might though.

    Edit: I'm just going through my game now because I do still have most of the Townies who already lived in Oasis Springs and Willow Creek. The ones that are always there in the base game worlds that would be anywhere close are Eliza Pancakes, Nancy Landgraab and Bella Goth (who recently had a makeover and has longer hair now). Have you taken a look at these 3 to see if they could possibly be the same Sim? They don't have the same hair colour though but you did say it's been a while.

    @HelloKittyPowa Unfortunately a lot of NPCs are completely random, meaning the ones that appear in my game may not be the same as another new save. There are the pre-made townies that @simsplayer818 mentioned, however, none of those seem like who you'd be searching for. Do you have a backup of your old saves somewhere? I wish you all the best!

    One thing you can try is making the sim in CAS.  Just use the random button and keep clicking on it so the game changes the sim.  I have noticed that many sims that show up when you use the random button will be the same in different CAS sessions.  I have seen the same sims over and over again a lot of times.  So, maybe you can try that and the one you are looking for will show up there.
