Inactive account, will games be there?
I have had the sudden midnight urge to play The Sims, after what I think is 4-5 years now since the last time I played. I have learned that Orgin is a thing of the past, and EA App is new.
My question is; will my games still be there after this many years, once downloading and logging into EA app? I have Sims 3 & 4 and a couple of EX packs.
@Captain_Loki15 Some players report that their accounts are locked after inactivity, but others come back years later and can still access their games. So the only thing for you to do is try. Make sure you're signing into the EA App with the same email address and password as you used for Origin.
If you can't find your account, but you have e-receipts or other proof of purchase, you can contact EA customer support and ask for help finding your content. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
