Inactive played sims now skill up when used as NPCs

I don't know if it is wrong answering on such an old post, but the issue still happens and it is very annoying.  Any Sim that I am currently not actively playing keeps getting skills, fitness, fat...

@StrudelGR I moved to this to Game discussion as feedback as it's not a bug but a design choice.

Also to answer your question about old threads: Bumping old threads usually leads to locking them but the bug forum is a bit different. It's ok to bump old open thread that aren't marked as fixed (tag) and have the template filled out. The one you bumped was too old though so I split your thread.
