Infinite Loading Preventing Building, Saving, and Traveling

Hi! The problem is that I can't build anything, save the game, or travel anywhere with my Sim because it keeps saying the game is loading. I tried exiting and reopening the game for about an hour, but nothing changed. I also left the game running for a while, and it still said the same thing. What could I do?

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac). Please pick a thread tag for that.

Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
